We’re offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our cutting-edge Additive Manufacturing (ADM) team as a Trainee ADM Technician. You’ll be immersed in the world of 3D printing and advanced engineering, learning from industry leaders and contributing directly to the performance of a world-class Formula 1 team.

This role is designed to give you a comprehensive foundation in additive manufacturing, helping you build the skills and experience needed to become a fully-fledged ADM Technician. You’ll gradually take on more responsibility within the department, playing a key role in machine optimisation, component delivery, and quality assurance, all while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operate and maintain SLA, SLS, and FDM additive manufacturing machines and equipment.
  • Post-process Additive manufactured components to exacting standards.
  • Prepare and program builds for all ADM machines using industry-standard software.
  • Support production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
  • Capture critical data using MES and ERP tools.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and high-performing workspace.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • A genuine interest in 3D printing, engineering, or CAD.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4 / A*–C).
