It is a hands-on engineering role in a high-performance motorsport environment, where technical ownership, analysis and execution come together.

Car performance & setup
- Develop and refine car setup, including suspension geometry, aerodynamics and powertrain optimisation
- Ensure all systems and sensors are fully operational ahead of each session
- Collect and interpret data from various sensors to monitor performance metrics
- Analyse data from track sessions and tests to define development priorities
Data & analysis
- Work closely with data engineers to analyse performance data
- Interpret and evaluate test results to guide development directions
- Support the alignment of technical priorities with the overall test programme
Operations, reliability & compliance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under tight time constraints to minimise downtime
- Collaborate with mechanics to implement upgrades and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with FIA technical and sporting regulations and safety standards
- Work with team management to align technical efforts with broader team goals
What you bring
- Proven experience in Race Engineering on F2 and/or F3 cars

- Preferably experience with CAD software
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with drivers, mechanics and engineers
- The ability to stay calm, positive and professional in a high-pressure environment
- A team player who can also work independently and take ownership
- You are already legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (we do not offer visa sponsorship or relocation support)
