We are currently seeking an Engine Reliability Inspector (m/f/d). The successful candidates will be responsible for the inspection of race engines and their components. Help the powertrain development group to optimize the reliability of the Toyota race engines. Be part of our research and development and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

- Inspection of used engine components to assess wear status and issues
- Creation and maintenance of a visual database for checked parts
- Production of reports to certificate issues or anomalous wear in the engine parts
- Support to Reliability Engineers to follow-up complete engine disassembly with parts inspection
- Take decisions on the component’s re-utilisation
- Be involved in parts validation strategies together with Reliability Team
- Continuously improve already existing processes
- Have previous experience working with internal combustion engines components
- Motorsport experience and passion are advantages
- Have a good understanding of technical drawings
- Be able to operate digital and analogic microscopes
- Be proficient with digital camera usage
- Show ability to work with high precision, attention to details, meticulousness
- Show a confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Show independent and motivated approach, with ability to work in a team
