We are searching for our new Team Kit Coordinator to join our Licensing and Merchandising team here in Silverstone!
This role will be crucial in supporting key internal projects within our Team Kit function by proactively supporting the Senior Merchandise Manager via primarily coordination of all team clothing and uniform requirements & requests for Aston Martin Aramco employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the internal Team Kit fulfilment process alongside our logistics partners and suppliers.
- Work cohesively with the merchandise team to support on fulfilment & development of all team clothing & uniform.
- Co-ordination of all team clothing & uniform categories for Aston Martin Aramco employees (race team kit, campus team kit, travel wear, luggage, other staff uniform needs e.g. gym staff, event clothing )
- Fulfilment of all employee requests with high attention to detail, effective time prioritisation & positive communication.
- Maintain detailed stock inventory reports and records of all clothing issued, alongside records of sizing & preferences.
- Conduct daily collections & returns from our clothing storage facility.
- Organise tailoring & alterations where the need arises.
- Support with sample management, updating development notes, and accurately ordering for the upcoming seasons various clothing requirements.
- Contribute actively to the continued streamlining of the team kit processes – conducting analyses on stock use, feedback, and the upkeep of tidy and organised storage areas.
- Manage and develop understanding of Aston Martin Aramco’s warehousing and fulfilment functions – third parties and in-house.
- Possess an interest for, clothing, marketing and sports entertainment.
- Possess an eagerness to learn and develop within a growing team.
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT packages, particularly M.S excel, outlook and teams.
- Ability to prioritise workload and adhere to project timelines.
- To be self-motivated, have initiative and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment
- Ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales
- To communicate effectively, positively, and respectfully with all colleagues
- To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
- Full UK Driving License is Required
