About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our talented Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business Leaders and HR Partners to develop best in class approaches to Talent. As a TA Partner, you will play a crucial role in building TA strategies to meet the expanding needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

    • Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and talent requirements
    • Provide expert guidance on market trends and talent acquisition strategies
    • Conduct thorough and targeted searches to identify and engage with high-calibre and highly specialised candidates
    • Utilise various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, and industry research and third party vendors, to build a strong network of talent
    • Develop and implement best practice selection approaches through structured interviews and assessment tools to ensure alignment with company values and behaviours
    • Provide world class, end to end candidate experiences
    • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor intelligence, and compensation benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team and HR Business Partners
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics and insights, providing regular updates to stakeholders
    • Be responsible for delivering on end to end recruitment process from taking a brief to offer accept
    • Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in the end to end Recruitment process.
Qualifications And Experience

    • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on senior / specialist hiring and business partnership
    • Strong understanding of recruiting methodologies, technologies and best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and influence senior leaders
    • Good with data and able to translate into tangible actions
    • Experience working with search firms or in-house Talent Acquisition teams.
This role can be split between our London and Grove offices.
