Job Description

Are you ready to accelerate your career at the heart of motorsport innovation?

At Atlassian Williams Racing, every second counts – and that goes for talent, too. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help fuel our search for the best and brightest talent. You'll be critical to our recruitment operations, ensuring every candidate journey is smooth, every interview is seamless, and every system runs like clockwork.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment Operations:

  • Support our Talent Acquisition Partners to schedule interviews, manage calendars, and make sure every candidate feels like a VIP from day one.
  • Be the friendly, reliable point of contact candidates remember – keeping them informed, engaged, and excited about joining the Williams team.
  • Own the details: maintain accurate records in the recruitment and HR systems and keep our inbox running like a well-oiled machine.

Operational & Project Excellence:

  • Ensure data integrity across systems, keeping the team honest and accountable for the data quality.
  • Support reporting and analytics projects to enable us to track progress and make data-led decisions.
  • Support platform configurations, system updates, and TA projects that streamline how we work and hire.
  • Get involved in process improvements and special initiatives that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Essential Team Support:

  • Keep us coordinated: schedule meetings, book rooms, prep agendas, and keep us on track with team communications.
  • Liaise across departments to handle POs, invoices, and general admin with ease.
  • Help foster a collaborative, fun, and high-performance team environment.

Who You Are:

You’re an organised, proactive problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ve got proven experience in high-volume administration, juggling multiple priorities, and streamlining coordination tasks to lighten the load for others.

Familiar with Recruitment and/or HR systems (or eager to learn), you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident with data. You bring strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a candidate-first mindset to everything you do. Most of all, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment – ready to adapt, contribute, and help our team stay one step ahead.
