Job Description
Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.
We are now opening applications for our inaugural Graduate Programme. In your graduate role, you will contribute directly to live projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one.
Continuous improvement is at the core of what we do. You will be encouraged to adapt and innovate, strengthening your skills and developing a growth mindset. Clear and effective communication, as well as constructive feedback, will be essential in helping you collaborate across teams. You will share knowledge openly and learn from the experience of your teammates. And we place great emphasis on ownership: you will take responsibility for your work, make informed decisions and understand how your contributions shape the wider team's success.
Your mission
As a graduate member of the Off-Car Systems team, you’ll focus on developing and maintaining software tools that ensure high-quality data flows seamlessly from the car to engineers and analysts. You’ll collaborate with performance, control systems, electronics, and data analysis teams to guarantee timely and reliable access to critical information. Your responsibilities include developing and testing software applications, managing data pipelines, and supporting system integration and troubleshooting. This role gives you the chance to work with cutting-edge software infrastructure, learn from experienced engineers across multiple disciplines, and make a direct impact on race performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
