We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to provide financial leadership to our Operations and Commercial Marketing teams as we establish and scale our manufacturing facility at our Indianapolis headquarters. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the business, influencing decisions, and driving operational and financial performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to Operations leaders, supporting capital investment, cost management, and operational efficiency, while also partnering with Commercial Marketing alongside the Commercial Finance Business Partner. The role includes line management of one direct report and offers significant exposure to senior leadership during a critical phase of growth.
· Partner closely with Operations leadership to support the set-up and ongoing performance of our manufacturing facility
· Lead financial planning activities including budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure planning
· Support with building and evaluating business cases, investment proposals, ROI assessments and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
· Drive cost management and value optimization initiatives across relevant spend
· Support long-term planning and performance analysis
· Develop clear, actionable financial reporting and performance insights for senior stakeholders
· Track key financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities
· Continuously improving financial processes, controls, and reporting as operations scale
· Manage, coach, and develop one finance team member

What do you need to bring to the team?
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
· CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification preferred
· Proven experience of progressive finance experience, including experience supporting Operations or Manufacturing
· Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital investment, and cost management
· Track record of driving cost optimization or operational efficiency initiatives
· Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across functions
· Experience using business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI
