We are seeking a driven individual to join our team in Cologne, supporting the development of advanced wind tunnel testing methodologies and technologies. This role will focus on delivering efficient, high-quality aerodynamic testing, collaborating with performance engineers, and driving innovation through new measurement techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement advanced wind tunnel testing methodologies and technologies
- Ensure efficient, high-quality testing and maintain best practices and procedures
- Collaborate with aerodynamics engineers to define and meet testing requirements
- Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Research and integrate innovative measurement techniques and emerging technologies

What do you need to bring to the team?
- Proven experience in wind tunnel testing within the Formula 1® industry
- Strong knowledge of wind tunnel systems, methodologies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with off-body flow measurement techniques and development
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage key stakeholders and directors
- Proficient in IT tools including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Committed to fostering an open, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
