In this Internship we are looking to hire a Sales Analytics Intern, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
In this position you will be reponsible to support our sales performance and business intelligence initiatives. This role will work closely with the Sales team and collect, analyze, and visualize sales and operational data, helping to generate actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
As part of the team, your main responsiblities will be:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathering, cleaning, and validating sales data from multiple sources.
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to track KPIs such as order intake, pre-owned sales, and portfolio progress.
- Maintain dealer presentations built in Power BI, updating content, structure, and visualizations as needed to align with evolving business needs.
- Maintain monthly sales business review presentations, in collaboration with Regional Managers and Marketing team, that evolve to address varying business topics each month and illustrate progression, performance trends, and key metrics.
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis for leadership, including market trends, dealer performance, and risk assessments.
- Assisting bonus program tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparing presentation materials for internal leadership.
In order to succeed in this internship you are currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in related field Business, Data Analytics or a similar discipline or pursuing an advanced degree Masters or higher in the related field is considered a major plus. Automotive or Luxury knowledge is a major plus.
The following skills are required to perform the role: proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts). Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Eagerness to learn and contribute to sales performance analysis and business intelligence projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Collaborative mindset with willingness to work across different teams (Sales, Marketing, Network Development).
