We are seeking a Restaurant & Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of world-class service across our headquarters at AMRTC. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the guest experience – from daily staff dining to premium partner and VIP hospitality – in one of the most exciting, high-performance environments in global sport.
Reporting to the People Performance Director, this role will play a pivotal part in enhancing staff wellbeing, strengthening partner engagement, and showcasing our brand through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision - define and deliver a premium hospitality strategy that ensures excellence across staff dining, events, and VIP occasions.
- Deliver operational excellence – oversee all front of house operations, coordinating seamlessly with the Executive Chef, kitchen teams, and commercial partners.
- Elevate staff dining – ensure daily restaurant and barista services run smoothly, creating a welcoming and energising environment for employees.
- Create memorable experiences – lead service delivery for bespoke events, sponsor activations, and VIP occasions.
- Inspire and manage - recruit, train, and motivate front of house teams to deliver professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent excellence.
- Manage suppliers and budgets - control beverage and service operations, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance - uphold the highest standards in health, safety, licensing, and food service regulations.
- Drive innovation - introduce modern service concepts, creative ideas, and eco-friendly practices to keep our hospitality offering at the forefront.
- Significantly experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record of delivering premium service in luxury, high-performance, or high-profile environments.
- A professional hospitality or service management qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 Hospitality Supervision & Leadership, or equivalent).
- Food Safety & Hygiene Certification (Level 2 minimum, ideally Level 3).
- A personal licence (or willingness to obtain).
- Significant experience in front of house or hospitality management at senior level.
- Excellent knowledge of staff catering, events, and VIP service operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire a high-performing service team.
- Experience working with chefs, suppliers, and commercial teams to deliver integrated food and service experiences.
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing demands, and consistently deliver outstanding service.
