We are looking for a Quality Assurance Process Coordinator to support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our Quality and Business Management System. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Process Manager and department leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring ISO 9001 compliance and driving consistent, effective use of management systems across the organisation. This role is integral to our commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to department heads and managers to maintain and develop ISO 9001 certification.
- Conduct internal audits in line with established guidelines and procedures.
- Prepare audit reports and associated documentation for review and corrective action.
- Support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of quality and business management systems.
- Organise, chair, and actively participate in management system-related meetings.
- Work proactively within company reporting structures, always demonstrating professionalism.
- Maintain and develop personal expertise in ISO standards and industry best practice.
- Undertake additional reasonable duties aligned with the role.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and quality/business management systems.
- Proven experience implementing standards in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience within Formula One, high-level motorsport, or aerospace is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to set realistic deadlines and maintain accountability.
- Calm, confident, and resilient under pressure, with a strong focus on delivery.
- Clear, professional communicator with a positive and respectful approach.
