Our Technical office is looking for two experienced Project planners to support our Design and Operation departments to deliver our F1 cars and in season upgrade projects to meet the key milestones set by our Programme office. Reporting to the Design Office Manager, these planners, in conjunction with other stakeholders, will define design release dates, manufacturing and build assembly times to support our new cars and in season upgrades, as well as identifying the necessary resources to support successful delivery. This role will be key to ensuring we meet the deadlines that have been agreed to achieve the overall Programme. There will be other tasks defined within the role as the company grows.
- Build robust plans that have been agreed by all key stakeholders in line with the overall Programme.
- Define resources needed to deliver each project.
- Develop, maintain and report the status of each project.
- Supporting the Programme office with planning activities
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

What do you need to bring to the team?
- Experience of working in a planning function within F1 or high-level motorsport.
- Proven delivery of projects working across different functions.
- Strong communicator enabling relationship building across numerous departments.
- Experience of Microsoft Project, PWA or other similar Project Management tools or within a PLM system such as 3DX or NX.
- ‘Can do' attitude to aid delivery of tight timescale projects.
- Good experience of Microsoft tools.
