  • Lead on development of critical project documentation.
  • Define and manage the governance schedule for the projects in scope.
  • Manage any dependencies across their projects.
  • Manage the project budgets and spend tracking.
  • Report on key project metrics such as resource utilisation, budget utilisation, risk level, burndown rate, progress completion etc.
  • Coordination of multiple system suppliers, integrators, contractors and external PMs.

Skills and experience required:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
  • Previous project management experience in a high-performance engineering or technology environment, ideally within motorsport or automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of F1-specific technologies or high-paced engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Technical literacy – able to engage effectively with engineers and developers.
  • Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
