YOUR MISSION
- Lead multiple high-priority projects within your module area, providing authoritative direction to all team members
- Define project requirements across Aerodynamics, Design Office and Operations
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
- Hold stakeholders accountable for successful programme delivery
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead project reviews, gateway assessments and programme update presentations
- Establish and maintain metrics for effective programme status reporting
- Foster collaborative relationships across all departments and external partners
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with proven programme management experience in motorsport (F1 experience highly desirable)
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure, dynamic environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in high-performance engineering
- Experience with procurement in a fast-moving, precision-focused supply chain
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Excel
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and business analysis skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities
