We are seeking highly motivated Programme Managers to join our growing function. These roles are central to ensuring the team delivers both immediate performance and long-term capability, driving cross-functional programmes that underpin success on and off the racetrack.
Our Programme Managers lead a wide range of activities - from driving innovation and managing proof-of-concept projects that evolve into performance-ready solutions, to delivering complex hardware and software programmes that enhance our engineering capabilities. You’ll play a key role in developing critical infrastructure such as the wind tunnel, simulator, and other off-car systems, ensuring the tools and facilities that underpin race performance remain world-class and future-ready.
This is a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, world-class motorsport environment by driving the innovation and capabilities that will shape our future competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver structured programme plans aligned to strategic and performance objectives.
- Drive the innovation programme, managing proof-of-concept projects across any area of the car and ensuring seamless transition into validated, race-ready solutions.
- Lead hardware and software capability programmes focused on long-term performance, covering tools, systems, and infrastructure such as the wind tunnel, simulator, and other engineering platforms.
- Manage prioritisation, budgets, and resources to maximise performance and return on investment.
- Engage stakeholders across engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver aligned outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring delivery under time-critical conditions.
- Establish and track KPIs, delivering data-driven insights to support effective decision-making.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation within programme management practices.
- Contribute proactively to team-wide meetings, reporting structures, and leadership forums.
- Excellent knowledge of programme management best practices, methodologies, and applied theories.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes within Formula One or high-performance engineering.
- Strong understanding of value creation within a high-performance engineering environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure, delivering results against demanding schedules.
- Motivational leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible, resilient, and results-focused with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Enthusiastic, versatile, and collaborative with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
- Committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety.
