We have a new opportunity to join our Programmes team as a Programme Manager, based at our Silverstone campus.

You’ll play a key role in driving the successful execution of strategic development projects that contribute to our primary objective of consistently being a top team in the FIA Formula One™ Constructors’ Championship.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and managing end-to-end programmes within the Formula One™ development cycle, ensuring alignment with performance goals and development timelines.
- Collaborating with engineering and operational teams to plan, coordinate, and optimise strategic development projects.
- Monitoring and reporting progress against KPIs across key development streams, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensuring strategic alignment across departments to support the successful delivery of key objectives.
- Acting as a key stakeholder in the refinement of development processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
- Identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities across the car development cycle.
- Proven experience in Programme or Project Management roles within elite motorsport or a similar high-performance engineering environment.
- A strong grasp of engineering processes and the full product lifecycle, including technical and operational challenges.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with proven success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programmes under pressure.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A clear passion for innovation, performance, and improvement within elite motorsport.
- The ability to bring clarity and direction to complex or ambiguous situations while positively influencing key stakeholders.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
- Project Management certifications are desirable.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar project planning platforms.
