Description

We have a new opportunity to join our Programmes team as a Programme Manager, based at our Silverstone campus.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of performance, planning, and innovation—perfect for someone with a strong motorsport background and deep understanding of the race car development lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in driving the successful execution of strategic development projects that contribute to our primary objective of consistently being a top team in the FIA Formula One™ Constructors’ Championship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and managing end-to-end programmes within the Formula One™ development cycle, ensuring alignment with performance goals and development timelines.
  • Collaborating with engineering and operational teams to plan, coordinate, and optimise strategic development projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress against KPIs across key development streams, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensuring strategic alignment across departments to support the successful delivery of key objectives.
  • Acting as a key stakeholder in the refinement of development processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
  • Identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities across the car development cycle.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Proven experience in Programme or Project Management roles within elite motorsport or a similar high-performance engineering environment.
  • A strong grasp of engineering processes and the full product lifecycle, including technical and operational challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills with proven success in managing complex, multi-disciplinary programmes under pressure.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A clear passion for innovation, performance, and improvement within elite motorsport.
  • The ability to bring clarity and direction to complex or ambiguous situations while positively influencing key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Project Management certifications are desirable.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar project planning platforms.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
