In the role of Programme Manager you will be based at our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire.



The Role

Reporting to the Head of Programme Management, this role will synchronise all functions relating to car development programmes and will provide overarching governance to programmes, including inception, implementation and reporting. You’ll achieve this through building strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders.

Your Challenge

  • Facilitate and accept new projects into our programmes using a variety of assessments including cost, feasibility and performance
  • Take accountability for overarching timelines, collaborating with and guiding stakeholders
  • Define resource and skill requirements, enabling departments to meet timelines, quality and cost
  • Support the wider Programme Management Team, to ensure mid level plans align with overall programme delivery commitments
  • Devise and communicate regular reports to include key data and to be delivered to a wide range of stakeholders



About You

We are looking to enhance our team with someone who is passionate about large scale, high value technical programme development and delivery. You’ll be educated to degree level in a relevant subject with in - depth knowledge and expertise within a F1 Team or similar industry.

You’ll be able to interpret regulatory issues and provide mitigation to these challenges. Continuous improvement will be in your thought process at all times enabling efficiency in our systems and procedures.

Communication and leadership are key in this role, with the ability to informally lead teams and resources to ensure on time delivery. You’ll be a motivational and optimistic team player, able to deal with high visibility programmes and timelines.
