Job Description

Alpine Formula One Team are looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to help us deliver cutting-edge digital solutions across departments excluded from the FIA Financial Regulations (Cost Cap).

The Role

As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, implement, and deliver complex solutions and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform. Your work will focus on enhancing operational efficiency across excluded departments, helping to foster a data-driven culture throughout the team.

You Will

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio).
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams across IT to deliver successfully integrated Power Platform solutions for excluded departments.
  • Build high quality user interfaces and intelligent workflows for professional and consistent solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
  • Test and evaluate new solutions as part of a broader development team.
  • Identify areas for enhancing existing solutions and participate in proactive development.
  • Actively promote the Power Platform throughout excluded departments.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to build wider knowledge and formulate ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.

The Person

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for technology and innovation. You should have:

  • Several years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, database design, and data modelling.
  • A solid understanding of software development practices, APIs, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
