- Producing pre-event documentation for the driver and post-event analysis of track activities and DILSim sessions—providing data-driven, balanced insights on car and driver performance.
- Attending all F1 Evolution track events and related DILSim sessions, supporting activities both on-site and at the factory.

- Good understanding of Vehicle Dynamics and Control Systems, knowing what makes a racing car work.
- Innovative and flexible approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work scientifically and analytically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence in your decision-making and ability to present improvement recommendations.
- High level of accuracy, maintaining excellent working standards in demanding and pressurised situations.
- Enthusiastic, versatile, and a dependable team player, able to build and maintain good working relationships across departments and with external suppliers.
