As a Partnership Project Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall project management, planning and delivery of the Cadillac Formula 1 Team trackside assets, including but not limited to.

·       Paddock Club environment

·       Team building / overseas hospitality

·       Motorhome facilities

·       Race Base + Trailers

·       Team Garage

Working alongside the internal project team and stakeholders to deliver a new Team Identity across trackside projects for 2026 and beyond by:

·       Collaborating with Events & Hospitality team and partners to deliver a premium experience aligned with brand standards

·       Developing and delivering new hospitality concept with internal stakeholders

·       Having full responsibility for supplier and asset management, customs documentation, and winter works management

·       Assist in the design and delivery of the new Race Base, Team Garage and Motorhome aligned with brand standards

·       Managing all project delivery, cost, and quality

Project Management across all areas

  • Supplier engagement and day-to-day management and Installation team coordination
  • Programme and timeline management
  • Quotation analysis and negotiation
  • Freight cost and routing management
  • Damage Reporting and winter works planning
  • Quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Logistics coordination



Requirements

Driven by high performance:
What do you need to bring to the team?

·       Extensive expertise in overseeing large-scale projects within the motorsport, and construction sectors. A focus on Formula 1 is preferred.

·       Able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception through to completion, delivering operational excellence and innovative solutions that significantly enhance project efficiency and profitability.

·       Professional Project Management Certifications along with additional current qualifications in relevant tools such as EU Procurement Directives.

·       Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

·       Comfortable to work in high pressure environments with excellent time management skills.

·       Exceptional attention to detail.
