We have a new opportunity to join the fast-paced Commercial team at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team in the role of Partnership Development Coordinator.

This is an entry-level position, perfect for a bright and ambitious graduate looking to begin a career in Formula 1. You will gain invaluable insight into how a Formula 1 team operates commercially, develop a strong professional foundation, and open the door to future career opportunities within the sport.

As part of the New Business team, you will provide logistical and administrative support that underpins our commercial growth, gaining hands-on experience in how partnerships are identified, developed, and delivered while helping ensure the smooth running of the team.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the New Business Commercial team.
• Help maintain internal systems and process to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Assist with coordination of meetings, scheduling, and travel planning to keep processes running smoothly
• Contribute to research on industry trends, competitor activity, and sponsorship best practice
• Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of sales materials.
• Support the creation of tailored rights packages, proposals, and presentations for potential partner
• Help coordinate stock and asset management to support hospitality activations
• Represent the Team credibly with both internal stakeholders and external partner
