The Red Bull Technology Group legal team strives to provide best in class legal support to the business. We have an exciting opening for an experienced Paralegal to join the Legal Team.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable, hands on, Paralegal. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to really make this role their own.

As the Legal Team’s first and sole Paralegal, you will be tasked with providing outstanding support to the Legal Team in all areas and to build strong relationships with each lawyer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leading on the management and development of a legal tech AI solution
  • Assist in the production of legal training materials
  • Updating ‘playbooks’ that make workstreams more efficient
  • Work closely with the Lead Data Privacy counsel and provide all legal support required
  • Provide review and drafting assistance on ad-hoc agreements and NDAs
  • Manage the incoming legal inbox and assist with legal filing and document management


About You

Experience & Skills

  • Working as a paralegal within a market leading legal team for at least 2 years
  • Excellent academic credentials (minimum 2:1) - ideally supplemented by the LPC or PGDL or equivalent
  • Formal training in paralegal / legal operations management is beneficial
  • Exposure / experience in managing legal tech solutions, working with contract lifecycle management systems, and finding efficiencies within high-performing legal teams
  • Can demonstrate examples of working independently, taking on responsibility and seeing projects through from start to finish
