In the role of Occupational Health & Hygiene Lead you will be based at our facility in Enstone, Oxfordshire.

About The Role

As our Occupational Health and Hygiene Lead, you will be the subject matter expert on all occupational health and hygiene matters. You’ll ensure compliance with statutory obligations, deliver health services, and manage risks related to noise, vibration, air quality, hazardous substances (COSHH), and ergonomics. You’ll also support HR and Managers with absence management and return-to-work processes, and lead training and awareness initiatives.

Your Challenge

  • Develop and manage in-house occupational health services.
  • Deliver health surveillance, travel health, and hygiene programmes.
  • Support HR with health-related absence and return-to-work assessments.
  • Identify and control occupational hygiene risks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
  • Provide expert advice and training to staff and managers.
  • Liaise with external providers and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to health and wellbeing strategies across the business.
  • Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and inclusion.

About You

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or qualification in Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, or related field.
  • Proven experience in occupational health and hygiene, ideally in manufacturing or motorsport.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and hygiene standards.
  • Experience with COSHH, noise and vibration monitoring, and ergonomic assessments.
