Alpine F1 Team have a new opportunity to join the team as a Merchandise and Licensing Manager at our site in Enstone, Oxfordshire

Merchandise and Licensing Manager - The Role

As a Merchandise and Licensing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and performance of BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s official merchandise and licensed product programs. You will manage key licensing partners, coordinate product launches, and ensure our brand is represented consistently across all consumer touchpoints.

As Part Of This Position, You Will

  • Lead the planning of licensing launch calendar in collaboration with key stakeholders within the department.
  • Manage order windows, product timelines, and inventory coordination to ensure timely merchandise delivery across channels and to our team partners.
  • Oversee the development and approval of team merchandise and memorabilia, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and team identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to support product launches, promotions, and trackside retail activations.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with global licensees across apparel, memorabilia, and lifestyle categories.
  • Lead annual licensing plans, QBRs, sales forecasts, and performance reports for key accounts.
  • Coordinate product approvals and ensure licensees adhere to brand standards and contractual obligations.

Merchandise and Licensing Manager - The Person

This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, operational and merchandise management experience, and a passion for motorsport and consumer products. You will have 4+ years of experience in merchandise, licensing, or brand management—ideally within sports, fashion, or entertainment with a strong understanding of product development cycles, retail operations, and licensing frameworks.
