Job Description
I. Summary Description
We are looking for Marketing Intern for Ferrari Australia. This position will have a strong focus on retail marketing and events, being the conduit between the marketing team and its key stakeholders and partners.
II. Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with implementation of marketing plan within timeline and measure with metrics
• Filing dealer marketing plans and reporting
• Help organize events with the dealer network
• Manage marketing travel and expenses
• Process supplier payments and PR/Pos
• Social media Calendar planning
• Campaign database management including generating reports for our dealer network
• Event management – guest lists, setting up event collateral and event support
• Monitor Pre-owned advertising
Key Projects < 6 months: Event Management
New Model Launch
• Generate and share prospect lists with dealers in line with the product guidelines
• Manage guest list attendance RSVP
• Help support dealer invitation communications
Test Drive
• Pre event support to manage dealer guest lists and dealer orders
• Help set up hospitality venues and accommodation before guest arrival
• Manage staff uniform ordering and sizing
• Order guest merchandise and gift packs
• Manage completion of post event survey
Track Activities
• Support marketing specialist in pre event communications to dealer network and suppliers
• Design event collateral with agency include curating menu
• Work with photographer and videographer to produce content
III. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required
• Internationally oriented, Bachelor or Master student, or recently graduated; open, pro-active and not afraid to take initiatives; organized and structured; communicative and comfortable with virtual contacts (skype, conference calls);
