In order to strengthen our Market Intelligence Team, we are looking to hire our Marketing Analysis Specialist, based in Maranello (Italy).

 
The main responsibilities will be:

•    Planning and managing the budget allocated for market research, both ongoing and ad hoc, ensuring compliance with financial constraints and resource optimization.
•    Coordinating and monitoring external suppliers involved in research projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and agreed timelines
•    Planning, monitoring, and delivering the research team’s outputs, ensuring deadlines are met, results are of high quality, and costs are controlled
•    Acting as a point of reference for other departments and company management, facilitating information sharing and cross-functional collaboration
•    Ensuring the development of ad hoc analyses and the production of detailed reports to be presented to internal bodies and Top Management, preparing clear and effective presentations
•    Preparing, reviewing and validating questionnaires for customer interviews (e.g., CSI, NCBS, R200, WP Survey, DSS, Test Drive Survey, etc.), ensuring methodological consistency and the quality of collected data.
•    Independently managing all operational phases of research projects, both ongoing and ad hoc (e.g., CSI, Customer Complaint), coordinating internal and external activities
•    Working closely with the Customer Care Service, acting as a reference for collecting and analyzing customer feedback and for implementing improvement initiatives.

 


In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in in Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related disciplines and you will have gained at least 3/5 years dedicated experience in a similar role. The professional experience gained in Researches Institutes will be considered as a strong plus.
Excellent knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and the ability to manage complex projects are mandatory.
The capability to build up and maintain good relationships with dealers and agencies is essential. We are searching for a resource detail-oriented, analytic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive, with an outgoing personality and strong team spirit.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
