Our Manufacturing Team is the powerhouse behind precision, driving the production of high-performance components that meet the exacting standards of Formula 1. We are on the lookout for a Manufacturing Assistant to ensure our internal manufacturing capabilities are fully leveraged - maximising output, minimising external spend and delivering components to the highest quality and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leaders to align with production priorities and deadlines.
• Consistently meet production targets without compromising quality.
• Report any production delays or deviations immediately.
• Provide feedback on manufacturing issues and suggest cost or lead-time improvements.
• Use CAD/CAM and planning systems to manage data and documentation.
• Read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Follow Epicor procedures, ensuring accurate work order sign-off and data integrity.
