Job Description
Behind every race-winning car is a team committed to managing the flow of materials and components with precision, speed, and purpose. From programme planning and manufacturing to final delivery, this end-to-end process ensures every part arrives exactly where and when it’s needed.
At the heart of this operation is a team of expert planners and logistics specialists who transform design intent into reality. They continuously refine systems and processes, coordinating the journey of each component from initial demand to trackside delivery. Their focus on efficiency ensures a seamless handover to the race team.
Their ability to manage complexity keeps development on track and performance at its peak. As the backbone of our build and delivery operation, they make sure every part is race-ready, on time, and engineered for excellence.
We are hiring for the following roles:
You’ll work on real-world projects that drive operational efficiency and contribute directly to race readiness. A STEM-related degree is essential, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is advantageous.
Shape The Future
You’ll collaborate across departments to optimise timelines, resolve delivery barriers, and ensure parts are completed on time and to specification. A strong engineering background is essential, along with proficiency in Excel and a basic understanding of ERP/MRP systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
Shape The Future
History doesn’t repeat itself. It’s rebuilt - one breakthrough at a time. Be part of the team redefining performance and writing the next winning chapter for Williams Racing.
Atlassian Williams Racing – Shape our team’s next chapter:
For nearly 50 years, Williams Racing has pushed the limits of speed and innovation. As one of the most successful teams in F1 history, with 16 World Championships and a legacy shaped by legends like Sir Frank Williams and Nigel Mansell, we’re now on a bold mission to reclaim our place at the front and win multiple championships again.
