Since its foundation in 1977 by the eminent, late Sir Frank Williams and engineering pioneer Sir Patrick Head, the team has won nine Constructors’ Championships, in association with Cosworth, Honda and Renault. Its roll call of drivers is legendary, with its seven Drivers’ Championship trophies being lifted by true icons of the sport: Alan Jones, Keke Rosberg, Nelson Piquet, Nigel Mansell, Alain Prost, Damon Hill and Jacques Villeneuve. - Enter, maintain, and update employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform data uploads into Workday utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
- Configure, maintain, and optimize various HR processes like payroll, talent & performance, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Coordinate and support the deployment of Workdays bi-annual upgrade releases.
- Test new system changes and support integrations between Workday and third-party vendors.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users, providing level 2 support across multiple Workday modules.
- Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement and development of HR technology solutions.
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for end users.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate end users on HR system features and functionality.
- Effectively collaborate with teams such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Recruiting and Finance, providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP).
- Experience with data analysis and report generation.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Able to show initiative in an agile environment and take on independent learning.
