We’re looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to support our high-performing Commercial & Marketing function where people strategy directly drives brand performance and growth.
Partnering closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll balance strategic influence with hands-on delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while staying closely aligned to the wider People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner for Commercial & Marketing, building strong, credible relationships across the team.
- Translate commercial objectives into clear, actionable people plans.
- Lead performance management, workforce planning and organisational design activity aligned to growth and budget cycles.
- Coach leaders on effective people management, feedback and performance conversations.
- Own end-to-end employee relations casework, working closely with the ER Lead on complex matters.
- Support change initiatives including growth, restructures and ways-of-working shifts.
- Use people data and engagement insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Champion inclusive, high-performance ways of working and act as a visible culture ambassador.
- Occasional travel where required both in UK and overseas.
- CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable) or equivalent experience.
- Proven HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment (F1 / elite performance experience highly valued).
- Strong ER, performance management and workforce planning expertise.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Commercially astute, pragmatic and comfortable operating at pace.
