We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented HQ Experience Executive to join our brilliant People Experience team.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and front-of-house support, helping us deliver seamless events and visits at our state-of-the-art campus in Silverstone.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and guest communications
- Provide a professional front-of-house presence during events and visits, ensuring every guest receives a premium welcome
- Support pre-event communications and manage invitations, ticketing, and attendee data using our event management system
- Own and maintain accurate guest lists for events in our Brand Experience Centre
- Support administration for all HQ Experiences, from partners and VIPs to employees and visitors
- Raise purchase orders, track budgets, and ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
- Drive guest feedback processes and contribute ideas to enhance the experience.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify best practices in hospitality and events
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and supporting smooth operations
- Proven experience in administration, hospitality, or events
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a professional and welcoming manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with event management systems (e.g., Cvent) is a plus
- Financial awareness and experience with purchase orders and budget tracking are advantageous
- Proactive, adaptable, and a true team player who thrives under pressure
