At Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, our Hospitality & Events team delivers exceptional guest experiences - from the paddock to the boardroom. As the global success of Formula One and our commercial partnerships grows, we’re looking for a talented individual to join our award-winning hospitality and events team in a key role.

The Role:

Experience dependent, the role will involve:

  • Delivering high-end trackside hospitality at Formula 1 races, including guest logistics, paddock access, suite hosting, gifting, and operations
  • Supporting the planning and execution of premium events at our Brackley headquarters and global venues - from C-suite summits and thought leadership forums to partner events and driving experiences
  • Event management, including venue sourcing, supplier liaison, event flow planning, team coordination, sustainability activations, and implementing our brand identity into event spaces and collateral
  • Managing budgets and delivering to agreed deadlines
  • Working alongside our Partnership Team to ensure hospitality and event contractual rights are delivered
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Marketing to deliver to all stakeholders and create aligned, first-class experiences

About the Role:

We are seeking a confident professional with a strong background in hospitality or event coordination, capable of independently managing and delivering a diverse event portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in hospitality, events, luxury guest experiences, or brand activation, with a track record of delivering high-quality experiences in fast-paced environments.
  • A calm, detailed, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • Exceptional organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Flexibility around working hours and a willingness to travel regularly.
  • The ability to thrive in and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage

Experience working in sports, automotive or luxury sectors is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your commitment to excellence, creativity, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
