Are you ready to lead fault management and reliability across Alpine F1? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Reliability to drive fault resolution, system improvements, and cross-functional coordination to directly impacts our performance on and off the track. This is a factory based role.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the gatekeeper of the fault process, working closely with senior leadership to prioritise issues, assign ownership, implement containment actions, and approve resolutions.
- Chair all fault-related meetings, ensuring clarity, accountability, and progress tracking.
- Own and develop the fault Power BI dashboard in collaboration with IT.
- Analyse fault data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and arbitrate resource allocation for fault resolution across departments.
- Ensure robust High-Level (HL) plans are developed and enforced for all relevant faults.
- Present reliability updates for programmes and departments as required.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with fault management systems and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Significant experience in F1 engineering and design.
- Thorough understanding of Engineering first principles.
- Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem solving. Analytical and pragmatic decision maker.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing techniques & latest materials technology.
