As the Head of Partner Services, you will lead The Cadillac Formula 1®'s global partnership management team, ensuring long-term value for both the organization and its partners. This role oversees the servicing and activation of sponsorships and brand collaborations, delivering measurable impact while supporting the team's on-track and off-track ambitions.

  • Define and execute the partner servicing strategy aligned with the team's commercial objectives and brand positioning
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for major sponsors and partners, ensuring exceptional service and return on objectives
  • Oversee partnership activation programs, ensuring delivery of contractual rights, brand visibility, and fan engagement
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor the Partner Services team, fostering high performance and professional development
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting for the Partner Services function
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, and Engineering to deliver integrated partner programs
  • Drive creative and innovative activation concepts that leverage The Cadillac Formula 1® Team's global platform
  • Ensure partnerships enhance the team's global profile and contribute positively to brand equity

What do you need to bring to the team?

  • Proven track record in senior commercial partnership management or client service roles within sports, entertainment, or global brands; Formula 1® experience highly desirable
  • Strong background in delivering value to corporate partners and sponsors through activation and relationship management
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience with client retention and renewals, identifying growth opportunities
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
  • Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and delivering results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a global footprint
