This role ensures all Red Bull Technology Group guests - internal and external - enjoy a premium experience across meetings, tours and events at the Technology Campus.


It involves supporting teams, Partners, suppliers, and guests, while assisting with Hospitality, Partnership and Commercial activities, to provide customer experience, front of house coordination, event operations and administrative support.


Our ideal candidate will be comfortable being on our Milton Keynes Campus full time.


Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Deliver a premium, brand-immersive Guest Experience that embodies Red Bull’s core values, ensuring professional front-of-house service presence in a brand-aligned environment for all Partners, suppliers and guests.
  • Oversee guest logistics and day-to-day Campus operations, including the efficient coordination of guest arrivals, professional handling of inbound calls and call routing, security access control and parking coordination, ensuring a seamless, secure and brand-consistent environment.
  • Uphold the highest standards of facility presentation, ensuring all customer-facing areas (Receptions, meeting rooms and event spaces) reflect operational excellence through attention to ambiance, on-brand merchandising and timely product replenishment.
  • Provide end-to-end support for brand activations and internal/external events, managing logistics including event set-up, execution and breakdown, while fostering cross-functional collaboration with the broader Marketing Team to deliver a cohesive and elevated Guest Experience.
  • Own and execute daily administrative operations with precision and attention to detail, including mail distribution, fan engagement correspondence, reception SOP management, inventory control, merchandising operations and professional presentation of branded merchandise and trophies.


Essential attributes for success:

  • Experience in fast-paced, front-facing roles with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work early mornings and late evenings, with the ability to handle last-minute changes.
  • Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the Technology Campus throughout the day.
  • Confident in resolving issues and managing conflict calmly and professionally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented and willing to support other business areas when needed.
