Job Description
Williams Racing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphics and Wrap Technician to bring our iconic branding to life across race cars, transporters, and team assets. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, ensuring our vehicles look flawless on and off the track.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Wrap & Livery Application: Prepare and apply vinyl wraps to Formula 1 cars, transporters, and equipment with precision and care.
- Graphics Production: Operate large format printers, plotters, and laminators to produce high-quality graphics.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Inspect, maintain, and repair wraps to ensure durability and presentation under race conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to meet branding and sponsorship requirements.
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and support logistics for race events.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in vinyl graphics preparation, ideally in motorsport or automotive environments.
- Proficiency with Roland printers and related software.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and vector graphic editing.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visual work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during race weekends.
