Job Description
Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.
We are now opening applications for our inaugural Graduate Programme. In your graduate role, you will contribute directly to live projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one.
Continuous improvement is at the core of what we do. You will be encouraged to adapt and innovate, strengthening your skills and developing a growth mindset. Clear and effective communication, as well as constructive feedback, will be essential in helping you collaborate across teams. You will share knowledge openly and learn from the experience of your teammates. And we place great emphasis on ownership: you will take responsibility for your work, make informed decisions and understand how your contributions shape the wider team's success.
Your mission
As a graduate member of the Finance Performance & Strategy team, you’re helping to build a strong finance organisation by supporting key processes and driving digital transformation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including other finance departments, company-wide functions, and C-level management, you’re contributing to strategic projects with financial impact. From ad-hoc analysis to smart digital solutions, you’re enabling senior leadership to make informed decisions.
This role is providing broad exposure to finance topics, offering the chance to take ownership of projects and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Sauber and its entities.
