Job Description

Behind every race-winning team is a world-class support network. Our business functions drive efficiency, innovation, and performance, ensuring success on and off the track. If you’re motivated, skilled, and ready to be part of something extraordinary, we want to hear from you!

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who can deliver clear and actionable insights into both actual and forecasted costs related to Power Unit capex projects.

Your work will help ensure that Red Bull Powertrains' financial resources are used efficiently and strategically - all in support of our mission to win races and World Championships.

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with project managers to deliver accurate budgets, forecasts, and investment evaluations; support the Cost Cap Controller with structured data for FIA submissions.
  • Project & Financial Control: Track project progress, analyse financial impact, manage capex approvals, and ensure accurate cash flow forecasting.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Produce timely reports with insightful commentary, ensure alignment with commercial agreements, and support audit and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Process Improvement & Support: Drive improvements in finance processes and systems (e.g., K2/CAPEX), contribute to team efficiency, and assist with ad hoc financial tasks.
  • Team Collaboration & Development: Mentor junior team members, including placement students, and actively support knowledge sharing and collaboration across the finance team.

Essential attributes for success:

  • CIMA or ACCA finalist/newly qualified with 2–3 years’ management accounting experience, ideally in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Skilled in capital project accounting with strong analytical ability and confidence handling large data sets.
  • Advanced Excel user with solid PowerPoint skills; SAP/BI experience is a plus.
  • Clear communicator who reflects Red Bull’s brand values and works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Keen to be part of the team that keeps everything ticking behind the scenes at Red Bull Racing? Join our Support Functions and you won’t just get a great role - you’ll enjoy some seriously good perks too including:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
  • A pension scheme
  • On-site gym
  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!

Like the sound of it? Come be part of something exciting. Let’s make amazing things happen - together.

At the Red Bull Technology Group, we believe our greatest strength is our people. We celebrate every success – together - and know that trust and collaboration are what drive us forward as one team.
