We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Finance Business Partner to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a pivotal role supporting the Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders across the Non-F1 business. You will provide insightful financial analysis, drive strategic decision-making, and help shape the future of our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and engineers across AMPT.
- Lead financial support for Non-F1 departments, becoming a go-to expert for commercial insight.
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
- Develop robust business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Own and enhance the capex process, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Support long-term planning, considering regulatory impacts and key calendar events.
- Champion process improvements and system enhancements across finance and operations.
- Collaborate with the wider Finance team (FP&A, Financial Accounting) on ad-hoc projects and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and FIA regulations.
Qualifications
- Part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, AAT) with demonstrable post-qualification experience.
Experience
- Strong management accounting background.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
