We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our world-class catering operation – fuelling staff performance, wellbeing, and recovery, while delivering premium, bespoke hospitality experiences that reflect the strength and prestige of our brand.
Reporting to the People Performance Director, this is a unique opportunity to shape the culinary vision of a global high-performance team competing at the very highest level of motorsport.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with vision – define and deliver a food strategy that balances performance-driven nutrition for staff with luxury hospitality for partners and VIPs.
- Inspire excellence – oversee all culinary operations across facilities and events, ensuring innovation, consistency, and uncompromising quality.
- Fuel performance – collaborate with nutrition and performance teams to design menus that support energy, recovery, and a wide range of dietary needs.
- Showcase the brand – deliver bespoke, high-quality catering experiences at partner and VIP occasions.
- Lead the team – manage, motivate, and develop catering staff to maintain professionalism and creativity in a demanding environment.
- Drive sustainability – balance cost, quality, and eco-conscious practices in supplier management and kitchen operations.
- Guarantee standards – uphold the very highest food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards.
- A professional culinary qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Advanced Food Hygiene and Safety Certification (Level 3 minimum, ideally Level 4).
- HACCP certification.
- Extensive experience as an Executive or Head Chef in Formula One, elite motorsport, luxury hospitality, professional sport, or prestigious event venues.
- Strong knowledge of performance nutrition, modern culinary techniques, and large-scale catering operations.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
