Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including board meetings and off-site conferences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Management Office and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support project management activities, ensuring deadlines and deliveries are met
  • Monitor and respond to executive emails and communications on behalf of the Team Principal, when appropriate
  • Foster positive relationships with the Board, Management, Team members, etc
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of budgets, expense reports, and other administrative duties

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in consulting, executive assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-profile environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern communication tools
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, but also the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information are crucial for this role
  • Open and friendly personality and likes to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly flexible and willing to travel (25%) to accompany TP at F1 Races
  • Full professional proficiency in English and a willingness to learn German
