We’re looking for a passionate and driven Event Manager to join our HQ Guest Experience team and bring our events to life at our state-of-the-art Silverstone HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of high-profile events and guest experiences at our HQ.
- Host and manage a wide range of audiences from internal teams to global partners.
- Deliver exceptional staff engagement events, race debriefs, and celebrations that embody our We Are Racing Green culture.
- Execute partner activations and bespoke events that align with brand values and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Champion sustainability, safety, and innovation in every experience.
- Own event budgets, post-event analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in premium event management, ideally within motorsport or high-performance environments.
- Strong understanding of brand-led event strategy and partner deliverables.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in event management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A passion for creating memorable, brand-aligned experiences.
