Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team is seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager to lead the evolution of our IFS Cloud ERP platform.
As ERP Product Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our ERP systems. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, HR, and the Race Team to ensure our ERP solutions are integrated, scalable, and high performing all in support of our goal to consistently be a top-three team in the FIA Constructors’ Championship.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of ERP specialists to deliver cutting-edge ERP products and services.
- Define and communicate the ERP vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet real-world needs.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritise features, and oversee product launches.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve the ERP suite.
- Act as a product evangelist, championing ERP innovation across the organisation.
- Expertise in ERP systems, ideally IFS Cloud, including integration with PLM.
- Proven experience in ERP product management.
- Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Solid project management experience, with the ability to deliver complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to lead, inspire, and deliver under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach.
