Job Description

At Red Bull Racing & Technology, we don’t just compete - we innovate, disrupt, and push beyond the limits of performance. We are driven by relentless ambition, cutting-edge technology, and the determination to win at every level.

The purpose of this role is to review all RBT and RBPT workflows and the internal demand for Chassis and Powertrain components, ensuring that routings, materials, and job requirements are accurate, clearly defined, and fully aligned with engineering intent.

You will work closely with technical process owners to ensure job routings reflect real manufacturing needs and that soft allocations, target events, and required dates are correctly maintained in line with project plans and build schedules.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date jobs, routings, allocations, dates, and material requirements across RBPT/RBT systems for all Chassis and Powertrain‑related manufactured parts.
  • Manage and update workflows, routings, BOM details, and works orders (new and rework) from creation through to closure, ensuring all technical, material, and scheduling details reflect Chassis/Powertrain requirements.
  • Monitor demand, material availability, and capacity, working with Procurement, Production Control, Build, and other stakeholders to ensure components, forecasts, and workloads are planned and fully supported.
  • Identify capacity constraints or potential delays within Chassis/Powertrain manufacturing areas and collaborate with Workshops, T&I, and Production Controllers to reschedule or re‑prioritise work as needed.
  • Collaborate with stores, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and programme teams to ensure parts are kitted, supplied, and progressing in line with development and build plans.
  • Attend production control meetings and provide clear, accurate updates on workflow status, future loading, and any issues that may impact Chassis or Powertrain delivery milestones.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workflows, job routings, and changing priorities in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
  • Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production Control, Procurement, and Workshop teams.
  • Comfortable working with business systems/ERP tools to maintain accurate job data, forecasts, and material requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor demand, spot risks, and provide clear feedback on future loading and scheduling constraints.

At Red Bull Technology, we’re more than a Formula 1 team - we’re a high-performance innovation hub, pushing the limits of what’s possible. We thrive on big ambitions, bold engineering, and a relentless drive to win.

Our success is built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that the best ideas come from those who dare to challenge the norm.

Alongside a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

  • Free daily food allowance
  • And many more!
