We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Electronics Production Coordinator to join our Electronics group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.
Your Challenge
We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a similar role, ideally within F1, or another high-level motorsport.
We need someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker capable of working with minimal supervision. We seek someone with a creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving.
This person needs to be confident dealing with senior technical personnel and managing their expectations.

Your Challenge
- Our team is expanding to build on our excellent foundations. We are looking for. Someone to be responsible for coordination, planning and scheduling of Electronics production parts in line with the high-level programme plans within Electronics.
- Working closely with the Production group leader, project delivery and engineering personnel to ensure priorities are correctly aligned and deliverables are achievable.
- Drive good communication throughout Electronics and operations.
- Monitor works orders, workbench and ad-hoc request to ensure a timely delivery to the agreed deadlines.
