Electrical Design Engineer (Contractor / 6 Month FTC)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for an Inside IR35 contract or a 6 month FTC role in our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical design and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Below are the detailed requirements for the role.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Extensive NX and Teamcenter experience
• 3D detail design
• Harness routing and sensor termination
• 2D drawing and manufacturing drawing experience
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Electrical packaging design
• Motorsport/Autosport connector usage
• Motorsport industry design experience
• Bill of materials (BOM) experience
• Folded Metalwork & Bracketry

Additional Skills:

• Break out box (BOB) design experience
• Siemens Capital
