We're looking for a detail-driven Digital Operations Executive to support our Digital Growth Marketing Team.

Ideal for early-career talent passionate about digital content and motorsport, you’ll help keep platforms like redbullracing.com and The Paddock fresh, engaging, and fan-focused.

Main responsibilities of the role:

• Manage daily content updates across Red Bull Racing’s digital platforms via the CMS.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely campaign and content delivery.
• Support frontend content presentation and maintain a seamless user experience.
• Monitor KPIs and apply insights to enhance content and platform performance.
• Recommend platform improvements and stay current on digital trends and competitor activity.
• Assist with QA, troubleshooting, and testing new features before launch.

Essential attributes for success:

• Strong interest in digital platforms, fan engagement, and web content with experience using CMS tools.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail and a creative, user-focused mindset.
• Comfortable analysing data to improve content performance and user experience.
• Collaborative communicator, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
