Description

We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst where you will be responsible for implementing security-oriented infrastructure and preventative measures across the organisation. You will help safeguard our IT systems and networks through proactive monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.

From firewalls to cloud security, this role combines hands-on engineering with the opportunity to grow your expertise in an elite, fast-paced motorsport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of security architecture across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Deploy and manage security tools and systems, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, and IAM platforms.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration tests, and security assessments to identify and remediate weaknesses.
• Assist in incident detection and response, helping to investigate, contain, and resolve security events.
• Maintain compliance with security policies, frameworks, and regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and SOC 2.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure secure, efficient delivery of IT and engineering systems.
• Contribute proactively to the Team’s mission, values, and culture of excellence.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Working knowledge of security-centric infrastructure design and network security architecture.
• Practical experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, IAM).
• Understanding of network security fundamentals and secure configuration practices.
• Familiarity with Formula 1 or other high-demand, real-time environments (motorsport, aerospace, defence, or financial trading) desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and flexible approach.
• Calm, confident, and effective under pressure - focused on delivering results.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving technical landscape.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety, Compliance, and Responsible Cybersecurity practices.
