Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Key day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data, segmenting markets, managing projects, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize customer interactions. The role also involves communication with various stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


Qualifications


  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret customer data
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience in Sales and understanding of Market Segmentation
  • Project Management skills to drive CRM initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a self-driven attitude
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
